I have had my solar panels installed on my roof what do I do now?

Once your installation is complete, contact us and we will help you get metered and connected to the grid.

I want to get a temporary builders service (TBS) connected to my property, what do I have to do?

To obtain a temporary builders service, please provide us with the following; account holders name, contact number for account holder, installation address, and billing address if different to the installation address. Contact us and we will walk you through the process.

What type of connections can I have for my house?

You can have a wooden private pole, a metal private pole, be directly connected from your roof or have an underground service to your house.

I have a net meter installed, do I have to change this to a gross meter?

In NSW you can choose to have either net or gross metering installed at your premises.
